Why Coaching

Pursuing a meaningful career or a fulfilled life is worth the effort, and this can be a lonely and challenging journey. Working with a coach to find your inner compass, support you, and guide you is a highly effective process towards your professional or personal goals. 

A coach is a trained professional who specialises in helping people create the life they have always wanted and supporting organisation in achieving extraordinary results.

What does coaching look like

I will help you articulate, clarify and take actions to reach your goals. Typically this is accomplished by a series of one-on-one sessions designed to help you achieve your greatest potential in life. For example, we can meet bi-weekly for an hour, face-to-face in Amsterdam or online. You will also get support between sessions when you are exercising changes. Sessions can be conducted in English, Dutch, Taiwanese or Mandarin.

An accountability partner who understands you

Areas I can help you with include career transition, leadership, personal branding, influencing skills, (business) strategy, decision making, time management and intercultural readiness. The goal is to help you navigate the path toward a fulfilling life and career/business. 


Having 10+ years of consulting and coaching experience, working with 30+ nationalities in various settings, and going through several life transitions myself, I may well understand the challenges you are facing. It would be my pleasure to be your accountability partner.
